Tom Mills:  Vice Chairman of the Board

Thomas (Tom) Mills was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, but grew up in Salem, Missouri. He attended Salem schools, and after graduating, joined the Army National Guard. He served six months active duty at Fort Leonard Wood.  He returned to the Ozarks in 1969, and shortly after met and married his wife of 45 years, Dee. They raised two children; John and Melanie (Roark).  In 1991, the family made the decision to move to Waynesville/ St. Robert, and make the sign business a full-time enterprise. They settled on a piece of property overlooking Rt. 66 just east of St. Robert, and have operated there for twenty years.   Since becoming a part of the Pulaski County community, they have been involved in the Waynesville/St. Robert Chamber of Commerce, where Tom served for six years as a board member, with terms as Vice-President and as President. Some of the accomplishments which Tom and Dee were involved in during that time include helping to move the Chamber into a more visible location where it could better serve its membership, helping to represent our area in the enormously successful MANSCEN Expo in Anniston, AL - being instrumental in promoting and passing the Tourism tax, which helped us establish the Pulaski County Tourism Bureau, and in turn allows us to better serve the many visitors to our county. Tom also served for several years as a founding member of the Tourism Bureau board of directors.  Tomís wife, Dee, is an ordained minister, and they serve as ministers of Missouri Prayer Global Ministries, where Tom also plays guitar with the Missouri Prayer Worship Team, as they minister all over the world.  In the little spare time that allows, they love fishing, floating and camping on Pulaski Countyís three rivers.  They are also sewer district users, and as such feel they have a vested interest in helping Pulaski County stay abreast of the constantly changing regulations and technology affecting the environmental issues facing our part of these wonderful Ozarks.

Carl Jensen: Secretary of the Board

Carl Jensen was born in Wisconsin and raised on a dairy farm.  Three months after turning 18, Carl joined the Army, and retired from the Army in 1993 as a Sergeant Major. Carl served four tours in Germany for 12 years, Vietnam for one year, Korea for one year, and also Desert Storm in Iraq. After retiring from the US Army Carl drove a tractor trailer cross country for a few years. Carl and his wife have resided in Waynesville, MO since retiring from the US Army. Carl has served on the Pulaski County Sewer No. 1 board since July 2010, and is a district user. Carl enjoys hunting and taking care of his horses.

He married his wife Donna in 1958 and they have three sons, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. After retiring from the Army, Daniel joined the St. Robert Police Department and retired in 2010 after serving 31 years. He was then bailiff in the St. Robert Court for a year and a half. In 2012 Daniel petitioned the PCSD#1 to install a sewer line on Hemlock Lane. After construction was completed in 2013, he was connected to the main line and is now a District sewer customer. Daniel likes watching baseball, football, doing yard work, gardening, and traveling.
